Are those companies or natural persons registered and accepted as members of the Association
International Ambassadors
Are those companies or individuals, residing outside of Venezuela, and proposed by any member of Venecápital, who by their commercial activity, relational capital and/or knowledge can proactively, in the country where they reside, contribute to Venecápital's main objective, which is to promote Venezuela as an exceptional destination for private capital investments.
Scholar members
Are those individuals or institutions who can add value to Venecápital due to their contribution in terms of expertise and academic trajectory in the investment world and related sectors. They may also be part of the Board of Directors’ advisory committee.
Institutional Partners
Are those strategic partnerships with national and international, governmental and non-governmental organizations, to promote an inter-institutional articulation, and effective and sustainable cooperation agreements.

Membership Application
All Venecápital members must go through a selection process determined by the membership committee and audited by the compliance committee, to finally be approved by the executive committee; by virtue of which the selected member, whether a company or an individual, must add value to Venecápital as a potential investor, service provider or with extensive knowledge in the field of private equitycapital investment, in addition to a proven personal, professional and ethical track record in the national and/or international market.
